Q: This is balloon, wouldn’t it loose air?
A: Yes, normal balloons are made from latex. Latex has pours and will leak air in time. Our mail order balloon products are specially treated so they will last at least 4x longer (more than 4 weeks). After that, the products will slowly degrading in colors and size. It is just part of Mother Nature.

Q: Wouldn’t the balloon pop in the mail?
A: Majority of our products are made with Qualatex balloons which are the top in the industry and high in quality and durability. Therefore, the balloons should not pop during shipment. If under any condition that the product is pop due to our negligence, we will refund your money back.

Q: I want to order bigger balloon products, is there a size limitation?
A: There is size limitation to mail order. We usually won’t mail anything that won’t fit into a 12”x12”x12” box because shipping tends to get expensive beyond this size.

Q: Given balloon products biodegrades, when is it a good time for me to order them?
A: We make our products on orders. A good rule of thumb is to order the products as close to the event as possible, giving it the maximum freshness. However, ordering the products 1 to 2 weeks in advance should work.

A: Before you are ready to use it, try to 1) Keep the product in its plastic bag (less exposure to air gives it more of a shelf life) 2) Keep it out from direct sunlight 3) Keep it away from hot temperature
